Snacks for sleepovers: This is a list of the best sweet and savoury snacks for sleepovers. Snacks you can buy and snacks you can make at home. Perfect for kids, teens and even adults!

A MOUTHWATERING LIST OF SNACKS FOR SLEEPOVERS
A great selection of snacks can make a sleepover party, especially for excited kids and cool teens. So here is a list of delicious sleepover snacks and food ideas for hosting a fancy sleepover party for kids or teens.
I’ve included two lists of ideas. The first is for snacks you can buy, perfect for a quick and easy way to provide pyjama-clad kids and teens with stuff on which they can feast.
The second is for snacks and food ideas that you can make to add a little something extra special for a slumber party, particularly if it’s a birthday sleepover.
There are ideas for sweet and savoury snacks and food. I’ve made sure there are some healthy options, but what sleepover is complete without some classic junk food snacks to light up kids’ eyes?!
GREAT SNACKS TO BUY FOR SLEEPOVERS
What sleepover is complete without a smattering of junk food?! It’s the stuff of illicit midnight feasts and old-school kids’ parties that we all secretly still love, whatever our age.
This is a list of ideas for snacks that you can buy to make it easy to put together a snack charcuterie board or leave it out for midnight grazing.
I’ve based this list on the sleepover party I just hosted for my newly-minted teenager. I can confirm that while homemade snacks and food went down a treat earlier in the evening, it was the junk food that scored large once they settled down to watch movies, chat and hang out into the small hours.

I had parties for my birthday each year. At them my mom produced a full but small plate of popcorn and sausage rolls to eat. Occasionally she made us nice biscuits and other snacks to liven things up. If we had Chinese New Year parties she would have egg fried rice. And to accompany it she cooked them all a bowl of wonton noodles.

Yum! It is easy to over-estimate the amount of food excited kids will actually eat at a party, keeping to small portions is an excellent idea.
